FFX Cross Training in South Jersey

Future Fitness Group Cross Training, or FFX, is a high energy, circuit-style team training program held exclusively at Future Fitness Centers. Nationally certified personal trainers coach FFX team members through a variety of fun, metabolism-boosting exercises utilizing TRX suspension training, kettlebells, battle ropes, functional training rigs and more! FFX is open to both members and nonmembers at the Medford and Mount Laurel Future Fitness Center locations.

Classes combine a myriad of modalities along with cardiovascular movement to create a challenging workout utilizing three core competencies:

Stability, Endurance & Strength

This metabolic conditioning program will excel the progress of team members towards their specific goals. Each session is designed to meet the needs of the individuals in the class. Sessions will constantly be evolving, but will follow the same basic structure:

1) Warm Up, Dynamic Flexibility/Mobility, Core
2) Metabolic Skill/Energy System Development
3) Postural Skill with Strength/Endurance Emphasis
4) Dynamic Cool Down with Core Emphasis
5) Mobility and Isometrics with Postural Emphasis
