We offer cardio classes across all of our gyms in Camden, Gloucester and Burlington Counties. Ranging from kickboxing classes to cardio sculpt, our classes are perfect for those looking to lose weight or improve their overall fitness. Cardio classes, as well as yoga in Haddonfield, NJ, are available for all age groups and fitness levels, led by the most experienced instructors in the industry.

Piloxing Classes

You’ll find kickboxing classes focus on everything from cardio conditioning and elements of dance, to self-defense and martial arts. Every Future Fitness location is equipped with lightweight and heavy punching bags, which are key elements in each of our classes. Hit, punch and kick your way to a killer body.

In addition to kickboxing classes, many of our members enjoy taking our always popular Piloxing classes. Piloxing fuses the best of Pilates, kickboxing and dance into one high-intensity interval training setting. Offered at select locations in Camden and Gloucester counties, we think the experience is worth the drive!

Spinning:

Spinning class takes you through an interval-based series of uphill climbs and downhill sprints, all while in the comfort of our air-conditioned rooms. Work at your own pace without worrying about your neighbor - all of our spin classes take place in the dark, lit by black lights! While you’re glowing under the lights and riding to the best fast-paced music, our instructors will lead you through a heart-pounding workout by instructing you to adjust the resistance up or down on your bike.

Boot Camp:

Boot Camps are group exercise classes that mix traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Future Fitness locations each offer their own version of boot camp:

Tire flips, battle rope slams and sledgehammer swings are signature elements in Cherry Hill’s XM Boot Camp. Led by our incredible personal training staff multiple times a week, you’re sure to get the most out of this class.

Similarly, Medford’s Group Training classes are led by the personal training staff, and take place by the TRX A-Frame. They include battle ropes, kettlebells, TRX training and more into every camp.

piloxing classes in cherry hillA short drive down the road in Mount Laurel, members can experience Shaun T’s INSANITY® class. Led by our INSANITY® certified instructors, members are put through the grueling plyometric series you’ve seen on TV. This class is exclusive to the Mt. Laurel Future Fitness, so if you find yourself near our Burlington County location, stop by and give it a try!
