Hours of Operation and Pool Hours:
MONDAY - FRIDAY 5:00am to 11:00pm
SATURDAY 7:00am to 8:00pm
SUNDAY 8:00am to 6:00pm

Child Care Hours:
MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
MONDAY - FRIDAY 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm
SATURDAY 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Most classes are 55 minutes in duration (unless otherwise noted). "Express" classes are 25 minutes.

Classes and instructors are subject to change based on member participation and instructor availability.

All spinning participants should be 18 years of age or older. Sign up at front desk, beginners welcome!

Let your instructor know if you are new to spinning.

All spinning participants please arrive at least 10 minutes early and bring a towel and water to every class.

Weekend 75 minute rides will be announced.
