Weight Training will improve metabolic rate, bone density, and lean muscle mass. Boot Camp

An intense group training class that will push you to increase stamina and strength with a motivating personal training coach to help you achieve your fitness goals. This class is geared toward individuals that want the ultimate challenge physically and mentally.

Glutes & Abs Express

Target the muscles below the belt. Warm up and train a full range of abdominal muscles, core, waist, and lower back. No jumping, no dancing; just sculpting for the mid-section. All levels welcome. 30-minute class.

Body Sculpt

A multi-level, muscle strengthening and toning class. Resistance bands, weight bars, dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls and more will be used to define and shape all of the major muscles and increase bone density.

Interval Training

Alternate cardiovascular and strength conditioning in this challenging class.

Cardio Sculpt

Just like our Body Sculpt class, this is a multi level, muscle strengthening and toning class but with an added cardiovascular workout. Any combination of aerobics, step, gliding, resistance bands, weight bars, dumbbells, BOSU balance trainer, stability balls and more will be used to improve endurance, define and shape all of the major muscles and increase bone density.

Diesel

An interval training class consisting of high reps, light & heavy weights for strength training and cardio interval bursts. Create a leaner, stronger body with the ultimate body challenge for all fitness levels.

Tabatacise

Tabata training = 4 minutes intervals of large muscle group exercises; 20 seconds of intense exercise and 10 seconds of rest in between exercises for 4 minutes of each exercise bout. This class will utilize weights, gliding disks and more to keep you challenged and to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Step & Sculpt

Step and weights combine for a cardio and strength workout for all fitness levels.
