Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
A land class for those with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, joint limitations and/or replacements, limited mobility and range of motion. Taught by a certified Arthritis Foundation instructor. Free for members. (We also offer Aqua and Tai Chi through this program).
A multi level, water fitness class that minimizes joint impact and makes for a fabulous cardiovascular and range of motion work out.
Non-impact strengthening and stretching movements that require precise breathing and muscle control. Mind-body focus in gradual methodical placement and movement uses moves from Pilates, yoga, modern dance, and gymnastics.
Learn a new dance every week, such as the Cha-Cha, Foxtrot, Waltz, Hustle, Swing, and more! An experienced ballroom instructor teaches this class.
Get Fit Light
No fancy choreography here - just easy to follow low-impact aerobics to improve balance and coordination, light weights for toning & strength, and stretches for flexibility. This is a great class for beginners, seniors, and anyone looking for a workout at a slower pace that's also easy on the joints.
