Boot Camp - Interval Training

Alternate cardiovascular and strength conditioning in this challenging class. You will use jump ropes, weights, steps, BOSU, punching bags, and more in this intense workout.

Cardio Sculpt

Any combination of aerobics, step, gliding, resistance bands, weight bars, dumbbells, BOSU balance trainer, stability balls and more will be used to improve endurance, define and shape all of the major muscles and increase bone density.

Cardio Kick - Kickbox Mix

This is a challenging Martial Arts based class that will keep you kicking, punching and moving in an intense cardio and strength-training workout.

Cardio Combo

A multi level cardio based class that offers variety to charge up your workouts. This class can incorporate any combination hi/low aerobics, step, kickboxing, toning exercises, and more to keep you motivated and to challenge your body!

Diesel

An interval training class consisting of high reps, light & heavy weights for strength training and cardio interval bursts. Create a leaner, stronger body with the ultimate body challenge for all fitness levels.

Intense Cardio Burn

This a challenging, high energy, fast paced class with a mix of sports conditioning drills, step, toning exercises with the BOSU balance trainer and stretching. Not recommended for beginners.

Tabatacise

Tabata training = 4 minutes intervals of large muscle group exercises; 20 seconds of intense exercise and 10 seconds of rest in between exercises for 4 minutes of each exercise bout. This class will utilize weights, gliding disks and more to keep you challenged and to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Budokon™

The foundation of the Budokon physical practice is precision, alignment, and Zen mind. The practice dances between agility, control, speed, power, balance and flow. The Budokon series is drawn primarily from Okinawan Karate-Do, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and Olympic style tae Kwon do. The Budokon Yogic Series was heavily influenced by Iyengar and Ashtanga yogic techniques and alignment.

Hydro-Pilates™

are non-impact strengthening and stretching movements that require precise breathing and muscle control. Mind-body focus in gradual methodical placement and movement uses moves from Pilates, yoga, modern dance, and gymnastics.
