Aqua
A multi-level, water fitness class that minimizes joint impact and makes for a fabulous cardiovascular and range of motion work out. Classes can include water walking, interval training, aerobic combinations, strength training, core conditioning and more utilizing weights and noodles for a total body-conditioning workout.

Known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class.
