Alternate cardiovascular and strength conditioning in this challenging class You will use jump ropes, weights, steps, BOSU, punching bags, and more in this intense workout.
A multi level, water fitness class that minimizes joint impact and makes for a fabulous cardio and range of motion work out. Classes can include water walking, aerobic routines, interval training, strength training, and more utilizing weights, noodles and bands for a total body.
An interval training class consisting of high reps, light & heavy weights for strength training and cardio interval bursts. Create a leaner, stronger body with the ultimate body challenge for all fitness levels.
Intense Cardio Burn
This a challenging, high energy, fast paced class with a mix of sports conditioning drills, step, toning exercises with the BOSU balance trainer and stretching. Not recommended for beginners.
Kickbo X Mix
This is a challenging Martial Arts based class that will keep you kicking, punching and moving in an intense cardio and strength-training workout.
