Free Personal Training
Future Fitness offers all members 1 hour of free personal training per month. Our Certified Personal Trainers will take time to evaluate your needs and goals. We will help to maximize results by focusing your time and effort to be both efficient and productive.
Free Medical Monitoring
We have Doctors and Nurses who regularly monitor your heart, lungs, and circulatory system they weigh you, measure you, and chart your percentage of body fat. They do neuro-muscular testing and muscle imbalance testing and they also help you on the exercise floor. All Future Fitness club members are offered free monthly medical monitoring.
Free Nutritional Counseling
Proper nutrition is an essential complement to exercise for high energy, lasting health, and an overall good appearance. All Future Fitness club members are provided free nutritional counseling.
Supervised Nursery
Our Supervised Nursery is televised on 80 monitors throughout the club.
